Kedai
Belacan established on the date July 7, 2012. Kedai Belacan name is
inspired by the cuisine is one of the ingredients in shrimp paste or shrimp
paste which is better known in Indonesia. Belacan has a unique taste and
flavor, and uniqueness of this character is inspired to apply in most menu
mainstay of this restaurant.
Seasoning shrimp paste is very familiar to the Malays, especially Indonesia and Malaysia. Many Malay and Indonesian dishes using spices is the main ingredient in shrimp paste.
